Bensons Auto Clinic is proud to associate itself with Battery Town.  We are the leading battery experts in Gisborne and stand by our ability to navigate our way around any battery problem or challenge. We will help you!

Battery Town is a nationwide network of privately owned Auto Electrical specialist workshops who can diagnose your vehicle’s battery & electrical problems. The group has been operating since 1999 and we have locations in over 90 towns and suburbs of New Zealand.

 We not only provide batteries but specialised Auto Electrical service for all Car, Truck, Tractor, & Machinery or your Boat and Motor home. Many Battery Town workshops also offer further vehicle services, as well as mobile field service for commercial and agricultural onsite requirements.

 We will find the right battery for your needs and will only replace your battery if necessary. We offer free testing in store and will often replace your battery free of charge.

 All our batteries are recycled.

Mechanical

A regular service ensures your vehicle is safe to drive on the road and easily passes every WOF.

Vehicle services are available on a casual basis to an entire fleet maintenance routine.

 Regular vehicle servicing can prevent potential problems from occurring in the future, and can reduce the risk of a breakdown on the road. We offer a superior range of vehicle servicing and an extensive repairs and maintenance menu.

Air conditioning

Did you know that your air conditioning should be serviced every two years?  We have recently purchased a “Brainbee” air conditioning machine.  Our state of the art machine is environmentally friendly.

We don’t replace your air conditioning gas, we recycle it! If its missing any, we top it up.  It goes back into your vehicle clean and dry.  This is the cleanest, greenest way to service your air conditioning.

 We can diagnose and repair any air con faults your vehicle has too.

Parts

We have a well stocked parts department here at Bensons and carry most components required for quick servicing of starters, alternators and performing mechanical engine servicing.

We have a wide range of batteries and can fit them in store for you usually for free and without an appointment.

Most things we don’t carry are available to us overnight by courier.

Our experienced parts staff will source the part you require at very competitive rates.
